The first experience at TNI was full of positive energy, surprises and cool people eager to make an investment in Spain alongside Casa Spania 24 Real Estate.

The event was hosted by the National Real Estate Fair at the Parliament Palace in Bucharest and lasted three days. Days in which the success was beyond our expectation. Romanians' interest in real estate came from all areas of Romania, but also from other countries. We even had messages from Hong Kong, the United States and the Netherlands. Most people are interested in buying properties as an investment, but we had the pleasure of meeting people who also want a second home in Spain.

We would like to point out that Spain is the second most visited country in the world and a country with 320 days of sunshine, things that make it perfect for a safe investment.
